Croda Pharma is the pharmaceutical division of Croda International Plc, a British specialty chemicals company. Launched in 2022, it unified all healthcare offerings—bringing together high-purity excipients, cutting-edge lipid delivery systems (through Avanti Polar Lipids) and vaccine adjuvants.
The division enables better drug delivery for biologics, supporting life-changing treatments in oncology, HIV, diabetes, and beyond. With involvement in over 250 active clinical projects worldwide, Croda Pharma plays a quiet but crucial role in getting breakthrough therapies to patients.
I joined the Adjuvents Systems team in 2022 as a scientific writer to bridge the gap between complex science and clear communication.

Adjuvants Platform Web Copy
When potential clients land on your page, you have seconds to prove you understand their challenges. Croda’s Adjuvant Systems section needed a complete content overhaul—from the main landing page to individual product pages—positioning the company as a credible partner for vaccine development across their entire adjuvant portfolio
I developed a cohesive content strategy across multiple pages. The landing page established Croda’s expertise and guided visitors through their comprehensive offering, while individual product pages dove deeper into specific adjuvant solutions.
The challenge was maintaining scientific credibility while ensuring each page spoke directly to vaccine developers’ needs—whether they were researching early-stage candidates or scaling commercial production.
The result was a streamlined web presence that became the primary destination for sales referrals, clearly communicating how Croda supports clients at every stage of vaccine development.

This white paper was the centerpiece of a global campaign positioning Croda Pharma as the partner turning sustainability into supply chain security.
The strategic challenge: Pharmaceutical partners evaluate suppliers on reliability, regulatory compliance, and supply chain security—not environmental impact. Generic sustainability messaging wouldn’t move the needle.
My approach: Reframe sustainability as business risk. Through interviews with R&D scientists and sustainability experts, I identified a critical vulnerability: conventional vaccine ingredients (shark-derived squalene, tree bark saponins) face looming shortages that threaten vaccine access itself.
The paper connects climate pressures to specific supply risks, positioning Croda’s biotech partnerships as solutions to scarcity, not just sustainability.
The result: Procurement teams had a business case for sustainable sourcing that spoke to supply security, regulatory risk, and patient access, not just corporate values. The paper reframed Croda’s sustainability investments from ethical positioning to competitive advantage.

Croda’s sales team needed a fast way to navigate the company’s diverse product landscape during client conversations.
With multiple technologies spanning excipients, adjuvants, and lipid systems, retrieving scientific details quickly was essential. I worked directly with key sales personnel to create a visual reference tool that distilled complex technical information into an at-a-glance format.
The result was a practical resource that equipped the team to speak confidently about any product in the portfolio.
